Consultation Purpose: Tell me what you want, and we’ll get you there. The consultation may take the whole session, half the session, or more. In the end, you will be SATISFIED! If not, we will cross that bridge when we get there.
Terms & Conditions for Booking Appointments:
- Grandfathered Client Pricing: Subject to barber discretion.
- Booking: Pay the deposit to book the service. The outstanding balance can be settled in person using cash, Venmo, CashApp, or Apple Pay. Card transactions are accepted in the salon with a $3 service fee.
- Service Selection: Select all services needed before checkout to avoid time blocks on the scheduler. PACKAGES combine popular services based on shop demands. Read details for clarity before double booking as you are liable for your balance upon arrival.
- Adjustments: We cannot guarantee time for adjustments on incorrect/missed bookings.
- Deposit Fee: A non-refundable DEPOSIT FEE is required to reserve appointment times due to high appointment cancellations. This will go toward the total for services rendered and covers the online processing fee via Square.
- Late Policy: Being 15 minutes late will result in a lost deposit, and you will need to reschedule.
- Haircuts: A little off to you is still a cut for us. Tapering the side and back is also a haircut, especially if you have locs/dreads or naturally longer hair. (Choose Haircut Only $45)
- First-Timers: We specialize in shaping the hair. Ladies, book the “haircut only” plus $5 Shampoo. Gentlemen, book the “Executive for head and face $60.”
- No Pets, Food, or Extra People: We are Covid conscious, and the space is small. Masks are optional.
- Kids/Babies: We cannot start the cut if the child shows signs of discomfort within the first 10 minutes of service. After 11 minutes, an inconvenience fee will be required, and the deposit will be lost.
- Wheelchair Accessible: Assistance may be required to get into the barber chair or remain seated in your own chair, whichever is most comfortable as agreed upon during the consultation.
- Booking and Pricing: Booking here is a time reference, and prices are subject to change based on the consultation and final outcome of the look agreed upon/achieved.
- A-La-Cart Services: Book all your needs to ensure you leave looking your best! (Add separate services for shampoo, waxes, hard parts, enhancements, etc.)
- Changing Services: Changing services during appointment time is not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee time for adjustments on incorrect bookings due to these terms and conditions.
- Right to Refuse Services: The barber reserves the right to refuse services and alter payment after the desired look from the consultation is agreed upon. (Receipt upon request.)
- Discounts: Discounts are at the discretion of the barber. Please do not ask.
- Personal Information: All personal information collected will only be used for communicating about offers, changes/updates, and appointment confirmation. No info is sold or misused. Please do not hesitate to send an inquiry message if you have questions or need more information.
